The Slowfood restaurant is open every day and offers cuisine that's respectful of the environment and food biodiversity; the Table du Gers label guarantees the best products from Gers provided mainly by organic producers: Noir de Bigorre pork from C Masson, herbs from Sourciers, organic poultry from S Graf, beef from P Villas, fattened duck, cheeses etc. . . . not forgetting the wines from the region
