This private game lodge boasts an award-winning combination of luxury accommodation and tranquil, natural surroundings in the rolling hills between Mkuze and Hluhluwe. Visitors might take a lake tour at Lake St Lucia to spot antelope, crocodiles and flamingos, about an hour's drive from the lodge, go on a walking safari, fish for tiger fish at Lake Jozini, or visit a traditional Zulu homestead. Accommodation consists of 9 well-appointed chalets made with stone and thatched roofs, each with a hammock, private plunge pool and deck overlooking the river below. After a long day of tours and excursions, guests can enjoy a candle-lit dinner prepared by the lodge's private chef and take in the stunning sunset from the deck while enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding bush.
