The caves in Barangay Mainit can be reached by car in 50 minutes. This resort revels in the splendour of its undisturbed, exclusive setting. The only property on the island, this establishment is sprawled over 24 hectares, surrounded by clear blue waters and pristine beaches. The resort enjoys a stunning architectural design, beautifully blending with its majestic surroundings. The resort will provide complimentary scheduled boat transfers as well between Mainland Bangcogon-Sumilon Island-Mainland Bangcogon as follows: Mainland Bangcogon to Sumilon Island 08:00 AM 10:00 AM 12:00 NN 02:00 PM Sumilon Island to Mainland Bangcogon 09:00 AM 11:00 AM 01:00 PM 04:00 PM Travel Time to Island Summer: 15 min est. / Rainy: 30 min est. Pick-up Location: Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort Port, Bangcogon, Oslob Cebu Kindly be advised that private boat transfers beyond the regular schedule are available at a rate of Php 4, 500 net per way. The last complimentary scheduled boat trip from the mainland to the island is at 2:00 PM, while the last trip from the island to the mainland is at 4:00 PM. Please be at the Mainland Bancogon 30 minutes or one (1) hour before your preferred boat schedule.
