It is just a five minutes' walk  from the famous Candolim Beach. This contemporary style resort comprises of 18 comfortable rooms that offer guests a quintessential, tropical-living experience while on holiday.     The Rooms are surrounding a very inviting swimming pool, and guests have the option to choose between Road view and Pool View Rooms. 6 rooms overlook the busy road of Candolim while the remaining 12 rooms overlook the swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with a 24 hour solar powered hot water supply, Cable connected LCD Television, ceiling fan, and a ward-robe. The Resort also offers Wi-Fi facility to the guests in the common areas. Candolim is one of those spots that boasts of a very wide selection of eateries within a relatively small area; the Resorts very own restaurant ‘Karlton's Horizon Grill' ranks among the top 20 on Tripadvisor's  list of restaurants in Candolim. There are innumerable other restaurants, cafes and pizzerias along the road. Guests can enjoy night life at the three very popular clubs which are within a 1 km radius of the Resort: SinQ, Cohiba and LPK. Candolim also offers shopping of everything; from International designer wear to street bought clothing, shoes and accessories and for groceries the guests can head straight to Newton's Supermarket or Delfino's; both of which are just up the street from the Resort. It is 27 kms from Thivim railway station and 43 kms from the Goa Dabolim airport.
