The hotel is located just outside the city walls and a mere 10 minutes' walk from the City Palace and 15 minutes' walk from Hawa Mahal ('Palace of Winds'). The airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel, the railway station is some 2 km and the central bus station is only 1 km away. This elegant and traditional hotel was built in 1919 and has been renovated. The air-conditioned hotel overlooks Tiger Fort and provides an oasis of calm, comfort and respite from the heat and dust of the city.
