We are located on Westfalia Beach, two kilometers from Limón Airport on Route 36, 12 minutes from the city of Limón, 35 km from Cahuita, and 52 km from Puerto Viejo. The region was populated by Native Nations before the arrival of the Spanish, and in September 1502, Christopher Columbus arrived on the coast of Limón during his fourth and final voyage. He docked his ships on Quiribrí Island, now known as Uvita, which Columbus called La Huerta (The Garden) due to its diverse flora.
