Description
This two-story detached house was built around 1910 in a residential area, 400 meters from the historic center of Fano and 900 meters from the sea. A tall, dense hedge separates it from the public road. A driveway gate and a small iron gate lead to the 200 sq m garden, equipped with a wood-burning oven, fireplace, fountains, marble tables, and chairs, and adorned with cypress, laurel, pine, olive, and other trees. The built-up area of the property (approximately 200 sq m) comprises a large hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room with marble floors, study, bathroom, and garage on the ground floor. Twenty steps lead from the hallway to the sleeping area on the first floor. The property is occupied by the owner. The B&B's accommodations All units are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, individually controlled heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryers, mini-fridges, electric kettles for coffee, cappuccino, and herbal teas, terrycloth slippers and complimentary toiletries, windows with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, sliding and blackout vertical blinds, and a safe. Common Areas Large living room, which houses the breakfast area, furnished with Italian walnut and equipped with a TV, armchairs, and sofas; an extensive library (approximately 1, 500 volumes); and a garden where breakfast is served on beautiful June-September mornings.
