We are 15 minutes from the train station and Nantes Atlantique Airport. With direct access from the Nantes ring road, we have a private underground parking garage, accessible 24 hours a day (additional charge of €14 per night). The studios feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Every morning, enjoy a varied breakfast buffet served from 6:30 a. m. to 10:00 a. m. on weekdays, and from 7:30 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. on weekends and holidays (€17 supplement). For your leisure time, you’ll have access to an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a sauna located in a partner residence, just a few meters from the hotel. A 24-hour front desk, a snack bar, and a business center round out the services offered to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay. As part of our Ascott Cares program, we adhere to nine commitments regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and social distancing, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. A €150 incl. VAT pre-authorization will be requested upon arrival as a security deposit. It is intended to guarantee payment of any amounts due for services consumed on-site or any potential damages. If no amounts are due, the pre-authorization will be released within 24 hours following the guest’s departure.
