The bungalow complex is situated in the resort of Campo International Maspalomas, about 2 km from the beach (a bus shuttle service is available). Shopping facilities including supermarkets, sports amenities, restaurants and bars are all directly at hand within 250 m of the hotel. Public transport departs from a stop that lies some 100 m away. The complex was built in 1984, has a total of 132 rooms and features a reception desk, a bar, a small supermarket and a restaurant. There is a playground for children.
